您可以在原本選定的志工服務日五天以前(星期一)更改日期，校園服務日五天內因需要工作的協調將無法更改。
You can change the dates 5 days prior to the volunteer date (Monday). Due to the volunteer coordination, you won't be able to change within 5 days of the volunteer date.

• 孩子的姓名(中英文均可，如果您有多位孩子就讀，只需選一位) Child's Name (you only need to enter one of your children)：
• 密碼 (passcode)： 密碼是您收到的孩子成績單密碼。the passcode is same as the student report card passcode you received.

如果您找不到您孩子的成績單密碼，請重新取得。If you are unable to find the student report card passcode, please request again.
